Take your time. You have 90 days from delivery to decide — at home, in your own light, with your own wardrobe.

How to return an item

1. Email contact@winthroprow.com with your order number and the item(s) you want to return.
2. We reply within a few hours with your return authorization and a printable return label.
3. Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging, attach the label and drop off the parcel with the carrier.

Conditions

• Items must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered, with all original tags attached.
• Shoes must be returned in their original box and tried on indoors only.
• Returns sent without prior authorization cannot be processed.

Return shipping costs

Return shipping is paid by the customer. If your item arrives damaged, defective or isn't what you ordered, your return is free — we send a prepaid label and cover all costs.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different size or color is to return your item and place a new order, so your new size is reserved right away. Not sure which size to choose? Email us for personal sizing help.
