Shipping & Delivery

Every order ships free within the United States from our North American warehouse.

Free shipping

Standard shipping is free on every U.S. order — no minimum.

Processing

1–3 business days. Your order is prepared, checked and packed in our warehouse.

Delivery

3–5 business days after shipping. Most orders arrive within 4–8 business days of purchase.

Tracking your order

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, we send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link.

Business days

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. During peak periods such as Black Friday and the holiday season, processing can take a little longer — we will keep you informed by email.

Changing your address

If you notice a mistake in your shipping address, email contact@winthroprow.com right away. We can update it as long as your order hasn't shipped yet.

Delayed or missing parcels

If your tracking hasn't updated for several days or your parcel is later than expected, contact us. We'll open an investigation with the carrier and find a solution for you.
