2. Orders

After you place an order you receive an order confirmation by email. A contract is formed when your order ships. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable or a pricing error occurred; in that case any payment is refunded in full.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in U.S. dollars. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payment is taken when you place your order. Automatic multi-item savings and sale prices are shown in your cart before checkout.

4. Shipping

We ship within the United States. Shipping is free. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and delivered within 3–5 business days after shipping. See our Shipping & Delivery page for details.

5. Returns

You may return eligible items within 90 days of delivery. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless an item is damaged, defective or incorrect. See our Returns & Exchanges page for details.
